01 Who this page is for

This page is for people whose personal data MenuMap holds. For example:

• salespeople and other users at a foodservice wholesaler that uses MenuMap
• contact people at the restaurants that such a wholesaler supplies

02 Where to send your request

If you use MenuMap through your employer, your employer decides about your data in MenuMap. Your employer is the foodservice wholesaler that uses MenuMap. Ask your employer first. We help them answer you.

03 What to include

• Your name.
• The company that you work for, or the company that you deal with.
• What you ask for: a copy of your data, a correction, erasure, or an objection to the use of your data.

04 When we answer

We answer within one month of the day we get your request. Article 12(3) of the GDPR sets this time limit.

If you do not agree with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority. Our Privacy Notice tells you how.
